Payment at time of service
Payment is expected at time for service unless prior arrangements have been made, such as billing your insurance provider directly.
Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment, a credit card is required unless alternative arrangements are made. This card will not be charged unless the cancellation policy is violated.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes.
Failure to give 24-hour notice for missed or canceled appointments will result in a full session fee, which will be charged to the card on file. This also includes late reschedules.
